To request a trial at the club, please complete the following form:

Ormskirk & District ASC known as " Otters " are a competitive swimming club.
Should your trial be successful we would expect a minimum attendance of twice a week (sunday afternoon and monday evening) for non squad swimmers, plus every 2nd, 4th and 5th thursday for squad swimmers.
We have an annual membership fee of £30.00 and a monthly fee of £14.00 payable by standing order to cover coaching fees.
